Erica Avila is a Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist for Alterity and an inventory expert with over 20 years of experience. Erica’s inventory expertise focuses on educating small businesses on the benefits of features such as order fulfillment, warehouse management, and eCommerce. Erica graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2006 with a B.A. in Communication Technology. Erica is a detailed oriented person who has worked hard to creatively convey the benefits of Acctivate and assist in the success of growing small businesses.

Erica enjoys her first cup of coffee upon entry into the office and being surrounded by coworkers who have come to feel like family and true friends over the years. Erica most values the skills in a variety of areas that she has gained while working for Alterity.

When Erica was little, she wanted to be a cartoonist for Disney or even a tattoo artist but is now confident that as an adult she would make a terrible lawyer. If Erica could spend an evening in conversation with a deceased person, she would spend it with Lucille Ball. Erica admired Lucille’s presence and goofiness growing up and fondly remembers watching I Love Lucy with her late grandmother.

Erica is fascinated by the limitlessness of technology and its ever-growing applications. In five years from now, Erica sees herself as a creative difference maker who is helpful and impactful to others, creating memories with her family and spontaneously traveling, and finishing marathons and competing in strength-related competitions.
