Autocomplete Product ID

Experience seamless, faster, and more accurate data entry with Acctivate’s autocomplete Product ID feature, now available in the Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Inventory Transaction data entry grids.

As you start typing in the Product ID field, a dropdown will appear, displaying up to 10 of the best-matching products. The list dynamically narrows as you continue typing, helping you quickly find the right product. If the desired product appears at the top of the list, simply press Tab to select it and move to the next editable field in the row. Alternatively, press Enter to select the product and jump to the Product ID field of the next row—in either case, there is no need to type the full Product ID. You can also use your keyboard’s down arrow to navigate and select from the suggested matches.
