Luke Nelson is a dedicated Support Specialist at Acctivate Inventory Software, where he excels in assisting customers with questions, resolving issues, maximizing their use of Acctivate, and ensuring their system runs smoothly. From a young age, Luke was fascinated by technology, aspiring to create video games. His passion for tech was nurtured by inspiring high school and college computer science teachers, ultimately guiding him towards a career in software support.

Throughout his career, Luke has embraced the philosophy that there is always more to learn, even when he feels he has mastered a subject. This mindset drives him to continually expand his knowledge and skills, ensuring he always delivers his best work. Currently, he is exploring game design and has plans to learn Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Outside of work, he spends time with family and friends, cares for his axolotl, and enjoys various hobbies, from building plastic models and PCs to collecting Pokémon cards. A little-known fact about Luke is that he memorized all 50 state capitals before he was three years old, showcasing his remarkable memory and early love for learning.
