Zach Allen is the Director of Customer Service for the Acctivate team. For over 15 years, Zach has developed into an inventory expert, utilizing his expertise in information technology to coordinate a highly efficient and effective support team focused on customer success. Throughout his years at the company, Zach has helped establish robust support systems and an expansive knowledge base to aid the support team and Acctivate users. His favorite part of directing is guiding his team, new and seasoned, and watching their talents grow.
