Expanded Autocompletion Support and Improvements

Autocompletion for Customers & Vendors

We’ve made it faster and easier to enter Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in Acctivate with new autocompletion support in the Customer and Vendor name fields.

Just like the Product ID autocompletion feature, simply start typing a customer or vendor name and Acctivate will suggest up to 10 matching records as you type. The list automatically narrows as you continue typing, helping you quickly select the right name.

For more advanced searches, the Customer and Vendor Lookup windows remains available.

Product Autocompletion Refinements

Previously, the Product ID autocomplete feature excluded Labor, Shipping, and Other Charge item types on sales and purchase orders. Based on user feedback, we’ve expanded the functionality to include all item types, making it easier and faster to find the product you’re looking for.
