Picklist Picking by Warehouse Zone

One of Acctivate’s most powerful features, picklist picking, just got even better. With the new Picklist by Zone capability, you can now generate picklists based on warehouse zones, improving the efficiency of your warehouse operations.

In Acctivate, warehouse locations can be assigned to a Zone, which represents a broader area within the warehouse. This adds another layer of organization that can significantly impact how you fulfill sales orders.

For example, your inventory might all be stored in the same warehouse, but different locations may belong to specific areas, such as a Dry Goods zone and a Cold Storage zone. Acctivate has always optimized picking routes, but now you have the option to split a picklist by zone, generating separate picklists for each area.

Creating individual picklists for each warehouse zone associated with the related orders allows multiple pickers to work at the same time. This helps your team pick faster, reduces congestion, and increases overall warehouse efficiency.
