Getting Started with Product Information

Quick Checklist

  1. Import products based on an Excel sheet when not tracking inventory in QuickBooks. The full list of available fields can be found here.
  2. Check out the Products list.
  3. Create a new product manually.
  4. Copy an existing product.
  1. Set reorder quantities on items.
  2. Add vendors to items with vendor product ID’s and specific pricing.
  3. Assign pricing to products, including list price, price code, and price category prices.
