Navigate the Library:
Edit Customer Window Overview
Within the Edit Customer Window, maintain basic customer information which syncs back to QuickBooks.
For each customer maintain one or multiple ship to locations that include a ship to address and more.
Manage multiple customer contacts for each customer in Acctivate for company-wide access throughout the system.
View all credit management info for each customer, including current balance, past due balances & unapplied credits or payments.
Review all orders, quotes and credit memos for a customer in one view with drill-down access to details.
Define for any customer, a customer specific product ID and customer specific description to Acctivate product IDs and descriptions.
View invoice and payment history for each customer, i.e., the current, past due, unapplied credits/payments, and customer balance.
See the sales activity for a customer with sales figures broken into months, and months broken into categories, plus set marketing and webstore related info.
Send emails directly from the Customer Information window and drag and drop emails from Outlook. View copies of these emails at anytime.
